On 26th of August, 13.47 Taiwan time I contacted 0223269440 (2), the Taiwan Scoot office, to confirm I was able to tranfer in Tokyo for a connecting flight to New Zealand. They confirmed as long as I have the connecting flight boarding pass, there would be no problem. However, on 28th August, I was denied entry onto flight TR 898 because Scoot is considered a local carrier, and they don’t have a transfer desk in Tokyo. As it was your team who provided inaccurate information, I demand a full refund of that flight.
